Book an Appointment

Book an Appointment

If possible, it’s best to give us a call before coming in with an emergency so we can prepare for your arrival. Patients are welcome anytime our clinic is open, but for routine care, we also encourage you to book an appointment for a smoother visit with your furry friend.

New Clients

Your first visit is about getting to know us, and we want to get to know you and your pet too. When you come in, please bring any medical history you have for your best friend including records of the most recent vaccinations and any medication they are taking. To make it even easier, you can fill out the Client Information Sheet ahead of time by clicking below.

Drop Off Service

Don’t let a visit take up your entire day, our drop off service allows you to drop off your furry friend with us while we take care of them. We’ll keep you informed about your pet’s condition and may send home detailed care instructions following their visit. Book your appointment and rest easy knowing your MVP (most valued pet) is in great care!

Payment Options

With Scott Mill, you’re never in the dark about pricing. Request an estimate for your expected charges at any time. Plus, we accept debit cards, all major credit cards, checks, cash, and Care Credit along with certain pet insurance policies, like Trupanion. Your furry friend’s wellbeing is the most important thing, not the price.

Tips for the Day of your Appointment

Brown cat in a cat carrier

Waiting Room Etiquette

  • Make sure your buddy is on a leash at all times to ensure all the other pups feel safe and comfortable
  • Keep your best friend close to you to help them feel the most relaxed and respect the space of those around you
  • Bring your most precious feline in a carrier as we do not have an area specifically reserved for them

Coming in for Wellness check up?

  • We want to make sure your pet is as relaxed as possible for their visit. One way we do this is requesting owners bring in a pre-collected stool sample or use a home collection cup for you to drop off at a later time. We can attempt to collect one during their appointment but we know your furry friend would greatly appreciate you planning ahead!
