What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m. We are also open on the first Saturday of the month by appointment only. If you’d like to set up an appointment for Saturday, please give us a call at (904) 268-8600.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes! We work with all insurances, especially Trupanion. We also accept Care Credit.

Is there anything I need to fill out ahead of my first appointment?

Yes! To make your first appointment as easy on your pet as possible, please fill out the new client information sheet ahead of your appointment and bring it with you. This way, we can get you and your buddy back to our staff quickly.

I’m going out of town and would like to board my pet with Scott Mill. Is there a form I need to fill out before bringing them in?

We’d love to have your pet stay with us. Ahead of bringing them in, please fill out our boarding form and give us a call to confirm your dates.

If Scott Mill isn’t open and I have an emergency, where can I take my pet?

While we’d always like to be able to help, we’re not always available. In one of these cases, please call either Capital Veterinary Specialists at (904) 647-7481 or Blue Pearl Pet Hospital at (904) 278-0287.

My pet recently passed away. Where can I take them?
