What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and are closed for lunch from noon to 1 p.m.

Do you accept pet insurance?

Yes! We work with all insurances, especially Trupanion. We also accept Care Credit.

How do I request an appointment for my pet?

You can request an appointment through our online appointment system, which will guide you through the information we need, and allow you to submit your request online. If you prefer, you can also call us at (904) 268-8600 and our team will be happy to assist you.

Is there anything I need to fill out ahead of my appointment?

When you request an appointment through our online appointment system, you’ll be guided through the information we need to get your pet’s first visit set up. Everything can be completed online, so there’s no need to print or bring in a separate new client form. You can also call us at (904) 268-8600 to schedule your appointment.

How do I request boarding for my pet?

Boarding requests can be made through our online appointment system, where you’ll be guided through the information we need and can submit your request online. You can also call us at (904) 268-8600 to inquire about boarding or request a stay. Please note that boarding is available for established Scott Mill clients.

If Scott Mill isn’t open and I have an emergency, where can I take my pet?

While we’d always like to be able to help, we’re not always available. In one of these cases, please call either Urgent Vet at 904-640-9300, PURE-Pet urgent response and emergency at 904-922-7873.

My pet recently passed away. Where can I take them?
